I never saw the appeal of jersey shore. Not only it gives teenagers a bad name, it makes some of them think partying and having sex every single day while in high school and college is good. I am glad the show was cancelled. Now MTV is coming out with this show with Snooki an Jwow living together, and one of them gets pregnant. I 100% sure that the child will be fucked for life, just because he or she was brought up in that type of lifestyle. These type of shows that are shown on MTV sickens me to the bone so much. The only decent show on that channel is Ridiculousness. Why can't they show music videos on MTV(a.k.a. --->MUSIC<--- Television)? I don't even get why they have a second channel STILL with no music videos. That's why I stick to Comedy Central, Adult Swim, Boomerang, Fox, Science Channel, and the Discovery Channel, so I don't get mind-fucked by the stupidity that is MTV.

I don't like Jersey Shore but I will admit I enjoy watching it since minus the fake drama the show geniunly funny and entertaining, people who expect more from the show will never enjoy it, just like OP, he never knew what the show was about, he didn't have the media or others put into his head that the show would be shit or good, so he made his true assumption when he watched the show, just like I did. People who say they haven't watched the show but heard of it, you are just using media/the opinions of others to depict the show, that your opinion will not change whether or not u watch the show. The show is meant to entertain simple as that

Oh, and why have I watched Jersey Shore? Because I dont like listening to music ALL the time, but I dont like to be in complete silence either, so I keep my tv on when I dont listen to music. And I dont swich the channel because there's crap on every channel, so it really doesnt matter.
