So I noted last time that I felt like expanding the staff so we could prevent delays and get more work done. I would honestly like to sub everything that comes out in a season but that's a lot of fucking work sometimes. As such I would like to add a few more members to the group. I would like to add at least one or two more timers and at least one more translator. No need of editors, typesetters or encoders at this time.

For translator I have rather high expectations. I don't like dealing with flakey scripts. I like to know the accuracy is fine and the English pretty spot on. And since all of our translators come from the anime fansubbing community we just have that mindset that if you don't actually speak and understand the language then you shouldn't be translating at all. As such we expect you to have the same ability as them so our test is going to be rather hard. If you can do this then hentai should be no problem for you. You can find the TL test here. (Fixed the link) Try to submit it sometime within the week. The sooner the better. Submitting via PM or IRC works but I would prefer IRC. You can find me under the name Sindalf on irc.rizon.net

For timing just show me some previous work you have done.

All staff is required to speak coherent English and use IRC. There is no exception to this. While I appreciate the thought, if we can't communicate well with each other than there just really isn't a point.
