It's hard to explain. It's lighter than cow's milk. You know how after you drink cow's milk there is that dense feeling and a thick-ish coating on the tongue? You don't get that with goat's milk.

It also tastes less sweetened. They always dump lots of sugar in cow's milk and you can always taste it contrasting with the natural flavor of the milk. Goat's milk is overall smoother I guess. It has a slightly gamey'er taste than cow's milk too, but the flavor isn't as direct.

It's strong, but seems to have a finer effect on the palette as if being more of a layered flavor. If you've never had it, it's worth trying. Some people greatly dislike it, but I find for the most part is a love or hate thing.

oh? Ill have to try it out then :3 I like goats cheese - its got this distinct taste which goes really well melted on bread. gosh, now i want to make a certian dish, but I am woefully poor at the moment, and also its more of a summer dish anyway...

Am catching up on posts that happened while I was away, and I must say, soft socks are awesome! The cusiony feel of joy between your toes! I dislike when my feet are cold. I turn on the heater any time my feet get cold cuz I want it to go away fast!

When my feet are cold, it feels like I have stone for feet and it's not comfy.

I made the cages myself for my mice and they would climb all over it, even upside down on the ceiling - cuteness.

And having a mouse in your pocket and some nice nuts for it - pretty cool.

also funnily enough, mouses dont really like cheese that much compared to other foods. Its not really a natural food for them and the dislike the stronger smells some cheeses make.

But I am one of the mouses which likes cheese :3

It's funny you should say that actually. I just replaced my cheese today. I was running out and was like "oh noes!" cuz although I use it more as a garnish, whenever my friends stay for a meal, I suddenly find my cheese supply to be a lot lighter. Thus, I have to keep a bunch on hand. xD
