They Dont convert it into super powers that's just silly, the deciples that zero steals all have like a major personality in regards to stuff (ex: one is sadistic another is masochistic, one is addicted to sex and another is completely egotistical and their interactions with each other usually involve the type of stuff they like.
The Masochistic one is my favorite. The Egotistic is a close second.
