Aside from the animations, there is nothing impressive from the first episode. The Bomber Head was rather obnoxious, but development might occur if there is a plan to take that route somewhere throughout the series. Otherwise, this series might fall to the gutter.

Jokes are always hit or miss, so I am not going to complain in regard to the show's many attempts to be funny.
Overall, this might lead to something big. But if I could be a little harsher with my verdict, I'd say that the first episode hardly delivered anything noteworthy nor it did manage to establish any.
