my grandpapa is 90 today!

I wonder if I could reach that age?
he is my only living grandparent as of now and he seems fine and healthy for a nine decade guy.
well since he can't drink, I will lift up a toast and be drunk for him...

..I don't think I'll live that long.

My great-grandparent lived till his 103rd years. He passed away in 2009.

My grandad was 94 when he died. Was obsessed with the World Wars he'd been in.

I don't remember either of my Grandpas. One of them I don't think I ever even met or I met him once.

My grandpa died at his mid-60's...

HE'S OVER 90!!!!!!

That's pretty cool. My grandma is up there in her 80's, and she has seen most of her loved ones die before her (daughter, husband, etc). For her, I don't think living this long was a blessing, but rather a curse, since she is pretty much completely reliant on others in her day to day life. If I end up like her, I wouldn't want to live that long, since having someone else wipe my butt for me would be pretty devastating, lol.

I never knew one of my grandfathers, since he was already dead when I was born. The other one died from cancer on my mom's birthday/parents' anniversary about 13 years ago. I think he was in his mid-80's.

I believe my paternal grandfather died around that age, when I was just a baby. My maternal grandfather died just this February. I think he was 80-something...

My father grandfather is still alive
He must be over hundred or something

Both my grandads died in the war. Grandmother on my mothers side died last year, and grandma on my fathers side is still alive and kickin' at 96.

I have serious doubts about my own longevity, but- as Sgt. Mjr. Dan Daly said- "Come on, you sons of bitches! You want to live forever?"

My great-grandfather loved to smoke, gamble and eat greasy food at horse race tracks. He lived to be 91.

Good for him, but I doubt I would want to live that long.

My friend's grandfather is 80 plus, but joins marathons and works out like he was only 30.
