Need help / translation

Im trying to figure out what this is the QR code doesnt work and the company name next to the code gives me nothing in a Google search.

I don't know how to explain this to you but you literally have to just get the qr code and it has to be picture perfect to work off image scans.

The problem is i cannot get the QR code to work and this picture was from a twitter post of someone i dont know personally so i dont know what your trying to explain to me i cant just go to the wall myself and get a personal picture of it.

Hence that why it won't work. It needs to be physically scanned or a perfect image with all the detail and facing perfectly in front of an image scanner qr.4

Anyways it says Milk Factory! which is a vn company with this game.

Thanks for finding it and i have no idea why but i did look around for a company name Milk Factory and even used the website you gave with the title and it came up with nothing so im really confused why my searches brought up nothing.
