Yeah, I'm starting college so I moved into an apartment a few days ago. FUCKING HELL, these guys below won't shut the fuck up. They're here blasting rap music at full volume and I can feel the floor shake and everything. God I hate people. Also from their voices I can tell that they're black. I'm not racist but just saying.

My friend had the same problem, when I went over to his house he got so pissed he started jumping up and down screaming "how do you like the DDR?" Lmao.

Talk to whoever controls the apartment you are living in.
Fuck their apartment up when they leave.

Dunno. I don't listen to rap. At this point I can hear them clearly though. It sounds like it's about 5-6 black guys partying. Now they're all drunk and screaming at each other. I don't know what going on but this is ridiculous.
