but I think I read somewhere beiber aint going there and accuses the people of the net from sabotaging the poll. i think theres some media blockage of sorts in NKorea too and claims there aint that many 'north koreans' to actually vote.

I hope the international leaders would pull something off to force beiber into respecting the poll. its for the good of the world now.
