So with the new game coming out in the US tomorrow and me being bored, I decided to do some reading. I must say this stuff is really interesting. So many glitch Pokemon in the first generation. Not many in the later generations though. Still wondering how people found all this out.

Anyways, the only glitch that comes to mind now is misingno. What was reeeeally fun was gameshark. Tons of fun it was.

A lot of glitches actually. Like, for some reason some pokemon can't have certain IV distribution with certain natures... x_x

Well, besides the Missingno thing (coupled with catching Safari Zone only Pokemon with that same cheat), there is also the Pokemon storage cloning method in Generation II with Gold and Silver.
Now, I stopped following the series after Generation II, but I got back into it with the current generation... so I don't know if there are any past that but I would highly doubt it. It was more of a programming issue back then because of the gaming platforms being so limited.

Even here in Germany, we have the exact same rumors regarding the first games. I wonder why?
I also heard that if you play for 100 hours, the MS Anne will come back lol.

I remember missingno. It's always "OMG! 99 Rare candies and masterball!!" with red and blue.
And the cloning, which worked for gold, silver, crystal, emerald (for some reason it works)

The duplication glitch form Gold, Silver and Crystal was pretty awesome. I ended up with like 99 Mewtwos...

Huh... the same glitch and everything? That's very strange. You would think they would fix that.

Also, if you beat the game fast enough, Lance will have a Dratini instead of one of his Dragonairs. Not a glitch exactly, but I've never seen anyone mention it.

It's funny when talking to people that play the Pokemon games that weren't even born before Red and Blue and that have never played it.
