poor cow

so I got a call from the folks. they said that our cow gave birth, but she is bleeding to death sooo...to end her agony they decided to put her down they are now busy looking after the calf and looks like I'll be having beef for dinner (and for the next days to come) proceed to derailing

It's not the most tender, but I love it. It's also fairly cheap, and is usually cut nice and thick. Love it.

Probley too late to get the Colostrum for the calf or yourself. I haven't killed a cow in a while. Depends on age i guess in your case. Don't eat the brain or spine if she was over a year.
