Topics falling under the following categories belong in the Incoherent Babbling forum:

1) Video/Youtube threads

2) Birthday threads

3) "Achievement of Status" and "Anniversary on Fakku" threads

4) Forum games

5) Above/below user topics

This is to prevent any further confusion among users. Some of you may have noticed that the recent video threads have been moved to the incoherent babbling section. At the same time, I wish to avoid the accusation of double standards, where a thread of a particular user gets moved while that of another member remains. Last but not least, it makes the random section look a little more tidy, instead of having the "Moved" status seen everywhere.

Please remember that the above rule is not set in stone. All opinions are welcome to ensure that everyone is happy (or at least most members).
