I'm thinking since it's hardsub and if you try to really do anything with the file like what you are trying to do, it can mess up the file with how it's originally "encoded", I guess. I don't know much about this. Just throwing something in.
So on topic, I just finished the episode and I'm liking. I love Poro and their girl designs. One thing that I'm really not used to is the guy being a mute. Other than that, I'm definitely looking forward to Episode 2.
