On with my opinion...if it's between two people then don't worry about it, but if some transgender (originally male) comes up to you asking you if you wanna have "fun" then it's up to you. I love the Farfalla story, the fact that the protagonist accepted his "change" was a great twist by the author. Hell, if technology like that was real, I would definitely go through such acts. Except for the twist at the end though.
