What about Sakamichi no Apollon, Tari Tari, Psycho Pass, Shinsekai Yori, Nyaruko-san, Jormungand and/or Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun?

Chuuni a good light-hearted anime, but it's too cheesy - especially the last few episodes - and the story isn't really that spectacular. It's a wonderful anime though, animation and production values-wise. And the character designs are 10/10.

In the same genre of anime, I think that Hyouka is better.

Edit: But Chuunibyou's amazing OP beats Hyouka's hands down.

It had its moments, kept me watching to the end at least.
