Nothing is going to scare him. Just mention you're reporting him to the fbi/whatever and he at least will never email you again.

Reply with a counter scam, duh. My favorite past time is trolling those nigerian emails, getting the scammer engaged and leading him to false traps. Say which bank account should you give to the scammer so he can put the money in, then act like a naive attention whore demanding an acceptance speech for the prize, etc..
