So like

I played Resident Evil 6 today... 1st mission took 2 hours 4 mins to finish, with total of 9 deaths in a coop play with my cousin. (3 from me) So yeah, aiming is bad at the start, can be improved by increasing Lock On skill. Then yeah, movement was improved a bit, zombies move faster now, I swear I saw boomers, 3 of them. not really that bad, but it's better than RE 5....

I picked up RE6 today.

RE6 isn't bad, it's just the direction in the RE franchise has really changed and to me, the old-school PSX versions of RE were a lot better IMO.

But then again, it's more on the lines of an action horror more than a survival horror game now, so you really can't compare the the games of this generation than in the past generations of this game's franchise.

A couple days ago I was at a friend's place and we were talking about some of the better old games. At one point he'd be like "Hey, I know how you love games with bad controls!" and turned on RE2. Relatively early in the game I was already sitting there sandwiched beteween a couple zombies yelling "FUUUCK", just trying to turn around in time. He's just laughing his ass off next to me, that damn asshole. Everything related to RE was always such a miserable experience for me. If people, like the above, claim that PSX games of the series were 'so much better' I want to know what the fuck, mang.
