Wondering what happened to your favorite manager while he was under the clutches of the infamous Shinsengumi? Well, now you can find out in Chapter 11! The dialog in this one was a lot of fun to translate, so I hope everybody gets a laugh out of it.

I'll have to give a shout out to Neko-chan for making me obsessed with this manga Dx so I made sure to get my hands on a Kaichou wa Maid-sama doujinshi.

If you like cat ears, maids, or hear the word nyaaan then this is a doujinshi for you. It's very cute, and full of romantic daaww's.

I have to find somebody really into this anime so I can rant with them about it. I had a fit while editing this, because it was soo perfect with the manga and just hnnnngh

Due to a broken air conditioner, Saki finds herself in a pool enjoying a popsicle. Though I think the heat has gone to her head with the way she gets her friend involved with, uh - physical activities outside.

Who picks the raws for your releases? I'll have to praise him/her for lovely selections in each of these releases (And learn a thing or two for picking my later projects).

I think you know already but Kaichou Maid and the Love Hiyori ones got uploaded twice.

Yeah, we're aware. The uploads are glitching right now. I 404'd with both of them and it got sent out twice. Jacob is also aware, so when he gets the chance he'll remove the duplicate - which is a shame, because we'll lose all our great comments ):

We also pick things out together as a group. We basically work with the philosophy of 'edit/translate what you want to do'

I'm a big fan of Kaichou so I asked LD if he'd translate it for me, and he didn't have a problem with it. He's a big fan of Ring x Mama so I edit it for him.

The LOVE tankoubon was also my suggestion, though it seems to be the lesser popular release out of all our other ones.

Thanks to everyone else who also pmed me, I'm sorry I haven't gotten a chance to reply yet. But what I like about the manga so much is the fact things progress. The entire plot isn't surrounded on whether or not she'll reciprocate his feelings. Granted, it's not cut and dry like that, but it still progresses none the less.

I spoke to Gibbous about it and wondered if it had anything to do with the fact the artist was male and not female doing shoujo. I don't have any facts to back it up, but it seems like female mangaka drag things on and on and on - leading up until the big moment. While men like to be more direct with things.

Gibbous pointed out male mangaka drag fights and battles out, which is true - but you don't really see a whole lot of women doing that either.

Well that throws my theory out the window. I think the translators translated it wrong though, because I remember reading about the artist on the TL. Boo

I LOVEEEE that anime soo much sooo cute! i was so happy that they made a doujinshi out of it. i love when the employees of the maid cafe make fun of usui-kun for being so moe! haha and i wish ayuzawa would figure out his feelings already!!!
