starting a group

Hello, I'm Vier Devens currently I'm looking for people interested in creating a hentai manga scan group. I have a lot of experience working in a scan group as well being the admin of a group. What I am specially looking for are Japanese to English Translators, though I will accept applications for other positions. Before you apply know this, we currently do not have a translator as of yet.

As of why I want to create this group is because I love hentai manga and I want to help out the hentai community with more interesting manga. I really want this to work out, but I will need some help from you.

For added information, experience is not necessary all I ask of you is for you to truly want to work on hentai manga.

You are retarded. You say 'we only need a translator' like that's the easiest thing in the world. The translator is the entire fucking operation, and nobody is going to want to translate stuff for your wannabe group, when you almost certainly have no idea how to run such a group or what it requires. That, and anyone halfway fluent in Japanese is already doing translations.

How do you suppose you will tempt them away from positions in existing operations, who will have established, competent editors, QCs, typesetters, etc. If you're really serious about this, which I find hard to believe considering how little thought or effort you've put into this thread, apply for positions in a role at an existing group. Learn how everything works, get some contacts, then try to make a new one, rather than baiting people as imbecilic as yourself into wasting their time.

I know hard it is, I was a translator myself and I've run and been part of many groups. I know what it takes to run a group, and I'm not tempting anyone i'm just asking a question.

Weird that you mentioned none of that beforehand. Do you have any evidence of your previous work? Because this forum is largely populated by people who are precisely that stupid, and the fact that you had to ask for other sites and whether anyone in the thread speaks Japanese hardly speak volumes of your experience in the community.

Well it looks like you do have some background knowledge about this, but the way you're trying to start this group of yours, I doubt you'll get decent members.

I mean, the way you made this thread, you don't sound serious at all (i.e you don't sound professional). If you want people to be interested, you should put some details about the group you're making and how things are going to work in general.
