The Blues

Why isn't there any topic for Blues!? its literally the most important predecesser of all modern music! Every musical genre post 1900 is majorly influenced by blues, it evolved into soul, jazz, rock and roll and these in turn evolved into R&B, Funk, Fusion, Metal etc.
... Anyway discuss all blues here, from delta to dirty to modern. From Robert Johnson to The Black Keys.

Probably because blues isn't really prevalent anymore. Well there is one band that I know of that still does blues.

That's cool, very soulful. But If you know where to look there is plenty of modern blues; Black Keys, Ray Lamontagne and most rock or alt bands have a rather obvious blues influence.
Plus, who says we have to discuss modern music all the time?

Spoiler:
It's kind of sad it took Mafia 2 to introduce me to the blues.
But hey, you gotta start somewhere.

Most of the songs here aren't really blues. They are obviously influenced by it but not blues themselves. They are still good songs though.
Yoko Kanno is a great composer and the Cowboy Bebop OST might just be the greatest soundtrack I've ever heard.
I like delta blues and the older styles better than electric blues and the more recent forms it has taken. I think the newer stuff is good, but when I listen to the 50's or older songs it just hits the spot.
