Well, i should´ve taken into account she was tired out from the trip. and i did ask if shes just gonna sleep soon, wich she answered with yes.

I personaly believe that Yumeji is a Muma himself.
Also appearently, they can't go back to the dream world once they have rooted themself into the real worls...
