Nah, just English and Japanese. I know bits of the rest, but nowhere near enough to call myself proficient.

Every language is wonderful to me. I think it's just that Spanish is so common here that it doesn't give it enough exotic edge to interest me as much as others.

Every language is wonderful to me. I think it's just that Spanish is so common here that it doesn't give it enough exotic edge to interest me as much as others.
Where do you live, if you mind me asking? I like Spanish because it isn't too hard to learn nor master if you practice it everyday, at least once a day, and it's extremely practical in today's U.S. But I would love to branch out of the Romantic Languages and something very foreign like Japanese, Chinese, Russian, or German.

So I grew up reading and hearing Spanish all the time. Plainly put, it's boring. At the same time, when I hear it it can still be beautiful. So I wouldn't rule it out 100%. But at this point, I have other linguistic interests : )
Do you speak it from your family or you learned it in school?
