Well, actually it's more in refernce to my using rage as a defence mechanism. I deal with depression by getting angry. It happened when I was in 7th grade. I was going through a lot of shit, and eventually attempted suicide. After I failed, I was in this "therapy" class, one day everyone was discussing their problems (I was the only who had attempted to take his own life, everyone else was just depressed, or had other emotional issues) I was quietly sitting off by myself, as usual (those people annoyed me, I've always done better solving my problems on my own) when I had a revelation. Why am I getting mad at myself, it's these other people that are pissing me off (at the time everyone had some sort of problem with me, I'm not sure why exactly, and I didn't want to fight back at first because my mom was a teacher in the same district). It's at that moment I realized suicide is a sign of weekness. So I started teaching myself martial arts. Needless to say the next asshole that picked a fight with me got more than he could handle. Ever since, it's become second nature to me. Fortunately, I've got it under control for the most part (as long as no one hits me in the head).
