so i was just thinkin, when a person dies, u require that definite someone on the scene to confirm its death, but if no one ever finds the dead man, his living status would've never been revealed, therefore, he would've been in a state of both alive and dead in theories, and if the first witness were to be there to confirm his death, wouldn't he be the killer by changing the man's unknown status to straight death.
if things were to go that easy, what do need the investigation for, all we need to do is to arrest the first person that's suspected to be the witness since it's he that "made" the person "dead"
