Well, I can say, that Germany as a country is a wreck right now. The educational standard is dropping, a fee for university has been introduced with the excuse of "The universities gaining an advantage of fees, being able to equip students with better material and technology." Why screw that, it didn't help one bit. Now you have to pay each semester so that the *insert random politician here* can take his private military flight to his vacation.

The other day a homeless person asked me for $5. Usually it's just $1. But I thought about the increase homeless people had to pay for gas for their carts.

Yep well, regarding us Germans complaining, we are master at that. Either the weather is too hot or cold. It rains too much or is too sunny. You wouldn't believe the average amount of complains the German citizen utters in public. I guess the only difference when it comes to that is that we can't sue each other as much as you people over in the states :P.

Regarding the education: When it comes to university etc it isn't all bad. The problem are the schools you take before going to university, whichever direction you took.

Really, Denmark is awesome when it comes to the school funding. We had really good materials and tech at the German school in Denmark that I went to.
