Have you tried restarting your computer? testing the Mic on another pc in the house to make sure it connects to those? Tried a 2nd mic on your pc to see if that one connects to your pc?
Tested it on my laptop.
The mistake is either fucked up drives or audio card died. My audio card is integrated...
bah that sucks. Well if you are certain that it is not the mic then try going to the manufacturors site of the company that made your pc and download those drivers. if your pc is custome build then try the site of the company that made your motherboard and check there.
