I would say the person had tried to make his sight picture more moe by adding a paper cut anime girl which makes "haruto" hand sign on his ghost ring.

If I was bothered to do all the cutting, I would put that on one of my raifu sights but alas. . .
@Azelle, That there is an AR-15 rifle of sorts and he's stuck the animu girl on the rear iron sight that you're meant to line up with the front sight, making his raifu moe as fuck.

Sooo I've been to the range I was talking about with and turns out because of some dickheads the CZ 858 or to be more exact shooting 7,62x39 is out of a question... Looks like an hour train trip with a transition to nearest suitable range... Well duh... -.-

Yeah when I heard about that, I got a bad migraine. It's just so very saddening how stupidly ignorant the general public is here. Cannot even gather he is in cosplay from the bloody costume.
