Your logic is flawed because if everything is a lie everything being a lie is a lie and as such hes telling the truth by saying the cake is a lie.

If "everything is a lie" is a lie, everything must be true = divide by zero

Actually if "everything is a lie" is a false statement, it means "there is at least one true statement" and that is obviously true if you say the cake is a lie.
