It goes without saying that I'd accept my place as your subordinate. Just remember, by nature, the lesser ranked are always wary of the weaknesses of those who hold a higher position. In any hierarchy, the only way to maintain your place is to assert your dominance. If you put me in a position of power, I will indiscriminately lay waste to anyone I perceive to be a threat.
When one holds power, any weakness is a liability. Therefore, one should either eliminate all who would take advantage of those weaknesses or associate themselves with trustworthy people that will compensate for any inequities they may have.
