Vanilla and NTR mix

I love vanilla and i hate NTR but i was curious on how possible it was to mix them? I've seen it done successfully once but only once, it was cool to see how two complete opposites were blended together to make something pretty good, those who liked NTR got it and those who did't like it didn't need to have it. you guys every seen them work together?

Vanilla exists where ntr does not exist. Once the latter appears, the story is no longer vanilla. Vanilla = safe to read, that means no negative events or too hardcore kinks. People have vetoed the vanilla tag for much less.

The only way you can try to mix the two together in a "happy sex" fashion is in a parallel way and with multiple girls, like Gunma does.

Example: Fakku Books' "Welcome to Tokoharusou".

MC loves Yua, but Yua is a prostitute, so he's constantly cuckolded throughout the whole thing. One day she sexes him, few pages later she's in a gangbang.
On the other hand, MC is loved by a tsundere, Yumi, and a genki (?), Momoka. Both pure, both devoted, they only have sex with him.

So, if you want your vanilla harem, you can pretend there's only Yumi and Momoka, viceversa Yua. We're still talking "glass half full/half empty", I'm sure many people wouldn't be able to look at it like that.

I still think that "vanilla" is a pretty retarded name.

Personally, I've only ever seen one that managed to blend the two perfectly, but even then it was more Vanilla then NTR. The series Pipiruma! has an MC that essentially cheats on his gf every single chapter except the first and last, though the reason for his cheating is quickly revealed to be pure in intention and result. It's a good story, I'd suggest giving it a read.

I proposed the possibility in another thread, it could possibly be a cross between ntr and vanilla. It involves the mc stealing the girl away from an abusive bf/husband.

Oh yeah, but there is one small problem: that is one common netori setup. MC is a poor college student/shut-in, Husband is always away for work/Husband neglects 25-30y old gorgeous woman who is sex deprived/Husband cheats on the wife/Husband mistreats her. Husband or guy with the target girl, he is still portraited as a jerk or whatever. Netori is basically "I have no game, that dork doesn't deserve that awesome woman he's got because [reasons], I'm gonna take her for me". Aside from that, two wrongs don't make a right, so that wouldn't be vanilla either.

What you said makes no sense. Vanilla is softcore, if you add something like that, it's no longer softcore. If you start hardcore and then go softcore at the end, it's not vanilla, it's not a read for everyone because you have to take the whole story into account, it's not like people go "oh, this chapter by itself is vanilla, it's good", they won't just forget the girl has been the town's bicycle. People rage for "she had a bf before mc", you know. If what you meant was "stories that are completely hardcore and then get a happy ending", then there's dozens.

As far as stories that mix NTR and vanilla I think "Rock, Paper, Scissors" fits. It's not quite NTR but it's definitely vanilla. The story is that the MC swaps his girlfriend with another guy's girlfriend; his old girlfriend turns out to be a slut and starts going out with the guy he swapped with, but that guy's girlfriend leaves him for being a jerk and starts going out with the MC. Basically he lost his girlfriend but still ended up with a girl that loves him.

Balderdash. You look at what you have to fap to to decide, if a story contains boner-killing elements from a softcore point of view, and RPS has objectively got some. Some people in the past have argued that harem is not vanilla because one dick fucks multiple vaginas, and now you want to sell me that two dicks fucking the same vagina is? Nah. It's vanilly sex that develops into consensual swinging (already red flag) that then moves to somewhat netorare on the protagonist and netori against the douche. It works out nicely but that's what it is, a softer take on not-vanilla.

Well, I've seen this kinda once, but the first part (which, now that I think about it, wasn't exactly netotare, but more like non-con) was a dream or in someone imagination, so it didn't really happened in the universe where the story is. But the reader, on the other hand, sees both side one after the other. Anyway, that was a weird one. But I don't read a lot of netotare, but I guess it could happen if the boy who is cheated learn about it, forgive the girl, punish the guy responsible, and have sweet vanilla sex with the girl. But then it's not netotare anymore... damn, you are right, these two concepts can't really coexist!

And for those curious about the doujin I was talking about , I don't remember the name, but it was a Shokugeki no Soma douji where a few guy told a girl to put a cucumber in her vagina to makes a great meal for Soma (wtf), which she does, and then the three guys rape her (i guess they put the cucumber out before), but it was all in the head of one of the rapists. Most of the above was said by someone else, but I added a few things I felt they missed. I re-read the manga about 4-5 times and I really agree with all the points.
