For those of you who have been paying attention to the news, apparently the major oil companies have tactics in their safety plan to protect an animal in the Gulf of Mexico that was last seen there three million years ago. It also states that they can contain and stop a 250,000 barrel/day leak, getting their information of course, from a scientist that has been dead for more than a few years.
