I totally agree.
War is why I hate humans. As for the technological arguement, I'm sure we would have got further than the Stone Age, and we could have reached to the same level we are at now, or even further, if we could convince each other to stop fighting and work for the betterment of mankind

Although personally i think war (regardless of intentions) always end up bad for one group. As long as people had different ideas there will always be conflict.

Most technological leaps are by-products of war, both seen and unseen (ex. the Space Race, etc.). Every time man tries to find a way to out do his enemies, technology jumps.

Just look at all the industries created and medical advances War has provided.
WW2 was a matter of survival for a number of countries including the US.
The US was coming out of a depression.
Germany Ditto.
Japan Ditto.
Italy Ditto.
Nothing like a nice war to strengthen the economy.
It probably started in the cave man days.
Cave man A needed food.
Attacked cave man B with a rock and took his food.
Caveman B now hungry. Escalates to taking a stick and attacking a weaker cave man C
Cave man C joins up with cave man A to attack Cave man B with a stone tied to a stick calling it a weapon to end all wars.
And so on~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
In other news I am pleased to announce that my Reps are now 0 Trying for Minus 100 any help would be appreciated.
