Weekend Warriors!

I have quiet a bit of studying to do this weekend. Next week I have 1 quiz, 1 test, 3 finals and a small paper(5 pages or so).
The shit doesn't hit the fan until next Wednesday and continues through the following Monday, but the amount of prep I need for it will be rather time consuming. 1 final will consist of 800 pages reading, and half a semester of lecture notes. The quiz is just a few hundred geographic sites to know. The test is 1/4 of a semester's worth of notes and the final for the same class is the whole semester's notes. The remaining final will be the same sort of load as the 1st mentioned final. For that reason, my weekend will be nothing exciting.
Although it still isn't as bad as previous workloads I've taken on or those that others I know currently have.

My weekend's going to be pretty boring, as usual. I'll probably clean out the attic, upload prons, and raid Nepal.

My weekends are generally broken up when I actually get two days off (generally it's one day off), so when I do get a day off it's generally filled with things that need my attention in my personal life. I need to have more fun lol

I may have to check it out. I'm currently about 2/3 of the way through full metal alchemist and it's not bad. If this show is similar I may be interested.

Busou Renkin can not be compared with Fullmetal Alchemist. They're ownage in their own ways. While FMA intrigues me with its ongoing plot, Busou Renkin caters your inner shounen needs.
As for my weekend, I'm spending it playing Lunia from 9 am till 2 am. I swear this has nothing to do with my recent lack of updates!

I looked on wikipedia and it said Busou Renkin was only like 26 episodes or somethin, thats another plus for me currently. I really shouldn't be getting into long or ongoing series right now. Its taken me quite awhile to get up to episode 30 somthin in FMA and I already have two anime I'm trying to keep up with.

The simple way to say what you said was "Busou Renkin = alchemy metal, FMA = alchemy magic" since that's pretty much how it works.
I never found Busou Renkin that appealing though. I watched for a while didn't keep up with the releases since I was watching a few other series at the time and BR didn't make the cut.

Haha but i finished 2day and the ending was very satisfying it hit right at my heart so im givin it a special plc in my heart as one of my favorite anime. (currently searching stuff for busou renkin like wallpapers themes and mp3's)
