Personally I find rape worse than CP.
Raping is doing it against someone's will, while for CP, the child probably got no idea what's happening.
Ignorance is a bliss perhaps.
But no doubt, CP is wrong. I am just thinking that raping should be of a greater concern than CP.

If you're talking about the actual idea of penetration, then I would have to say it's quite disgusting. It will cause a lot of scaring, due to the fact that their body is not yet ready for such acts. If grown women can't handle their hymen breaking at an older age, how could you expect a child to do so?
If you're talking about just plain nudity, then it's more arguable. In a sense, it can be acceptable. It's just nudity right? A young child being naked is nothing. How often has a child run around naked being seen? Parents often keep pictures of their kids when they were naked playing in the bath or something. Ignorance is bliss. They don't even know anything about it. But again, this could easily be exploited by parents as a way of making money. Not to mention how it could affect the child if they grow up to see a picture of themselves naked on the internet when they grow up.

On a personal note, I find cp offensive. I have many nieces and nephrews whom I love and would protect them from any harm. The idea of one them being forced to perform lewd acts would be unbearable. Even if the children in cp are not related to me I feel sorrow for them.
However, Lolis in hentai are different. In hentai lolis are portrayed more in a seducative light, a good example is "Oni Chichi".

You can argue that the mental capacity is there from 12 at a push, but that's entirely subjective imo, and the variety in means by which that kind of CP is procured justifies its illegality. More ambiguous is the argument that there is probably a much larger percentage of the population with such fantasies than is ever going to be evident, and thus that 'controlled' legality would be more beneficial; take a gander at the pederastic tendencies of the Ancient Greeks - slightly more complicated than that, but I think the point stands. I'd argue against that on grounds of morals. Say 5% of the male population find children of whatever age attractive; it goes without saying that the number prosecuted for molestation etc. is comparatively minute, and however much you inflate that to compensate for those who aren't caught, I don't think it would reflect the number who have those thoughts but do not act upon them.
Paraphrasing here, but I remember Shaggy saying of rape that 'what you like sexually doesn't define you'; by my interpretation, that you have a sexual persona which in being unrealistic conflicts with your regular self. You might fantasise about rape in so much as some aspects of it excite you, but you would never dream of actually committing the crime because it is so evidently wrong. I think you could, to some extent, apply that to paedophilia...but I suppose all of that is losing sight of the original argument. :P What I was trying to demonstrate is that CP is wrong in so much as a good proportion of it is the product of abuse, and that which isn't under an age of reasonable consent is difficult to prove as such. Seeing the odd pic on 4chan, for instance, sickens me because of the possibility and thus thought of abuse (I have two younger siblings, which as noted, kind of amplifies it), but I'm not going to crusade against it. People who aren't screwed in the head ought to be able to live with fantasy in recognition of the effects of abuse, or arguably with loli...but let's no go there again.

In portugal, we have many cases related to child porn and child exploitation.
For example, there is a case still ongoing about the most know orphanage/ institution in Portugal, in which celebrities were introduced to kids and would have sex with them. It was descovered some years ago, and now it's just sinking into our courts.
Justice in Portugal doesn't work.
