Anything that has tentacles in it is scary to me...I usually skip it except if those tentacles are not scary like an octopus.

For me, it's not scary, but disturbing.

Not scary as such, but it was messed up...

Can't remember what it was called, but it started off as your average bondage / rape hentai with a nice looking female character. Then it turned into bestiality, then some extreme torture elements were thrown in, and finally some pregnant scenes.

I haven't watched many disturbing hentai, but I'm really not a fan of bestiality, torture in which blood starts getting involved and it just turns into pure pain rather than pleasure, and pregnancy scenes...

I havent seen anything thats really made me cringe, but as for content I would have to say TSF Monogatari or Dark love.

That's the best manga ever, in my opinion. It's not really disgusting, it’s sadder more than disturbing. And what Artcellrox said, it’s not hentai, just has nude girls.

Well I usually instantly NOPE out of anything that looks disturbing but the worst thing I've read was this mind break manga. It's tame compared to shit like guro or bestiality but it disgusted me I guess
