Seen a bit of it, so I want to say the recent Manyuu Hikenchou. The show's premise is mind-numbing as it is, but the HUGE censors are a freaking tease! "FOR GOD'S SAKE, JUST FUCK HER ALREADY" is what constantly screams in my head while watching it. Honestly, it would work a lot better as a mindless hentai. We get our proper fap material, and we don't expect much out of it, unlike quality anime and hentai. It's win-win.

That's the point! It IS a watered-down hentai! Nobody wants implied references to porn or constant teasing. If you want some ecchi, fine, go for it. If you're going tone down the sexual content SO MUCH, you might as well have made a hentai to begin with.
