I think, from the perspective of an NTR fan, saddest would mean what NTR would actually make others feel depressed and sorry for the characters. In that case, I would probably go for REC as well (I could have said I Will Protect You, but I feel like that's more raging and depressing).

I actually fell upon ntr on accident, i didn't know what netorare meant and i didn't care either lolz. My first one was "I will protect you". Some have said that is one of the worse out. Anyway long story short i was stunned at the end, couldn't even get hard for like a 2 days because the story was still fresh in my mind and i felt so sorry for the guy. It really is a hard hit even if you know it's coming. Don't read unless you are prepared. Now though, i am desensitized when i read ntr. They always have some of the best art out and the best sex scenes. I slowly but surely came back to it and now i fap to it the same as anyone would to vanilla. I don't get connected to characters in stories anymore and i no longer care what happens to them. When i'm reading manga, i train myself to only enjoy seeing a girl get total satisfaction. The guy in the story is totally irrelevant. If you do that when you read ntr you will quickly come to like it.
But yea "I will protect you" is extremely sad and will leave you so angry at the end that you could probably kill the guys if they were in real life lolz.
