Women sexual points in her vag were made for a penis. Doesn't seem off that someone who fancy's girl not to like a penis shaped item inside them. You can like the orifice and not like the person. I liked this one girls vagina, but hate her personally. Or if you like this other example. Shinji likes a penis shaped item up his bum but i don't think he wants a man's dong attached to the person inside him... Milf with a 13 in dildo maybe. Liking a penis or penis shape doesn't equal liking the gender sexuality.

I've only read and watched Toaru Kagaku no Railgun. I haven't seen or read index yet so I can't say with 100% clarity. The top comment says Railgun so I'm guessing Railgun.
