In response to the topic, they're not dicks, they're simply (or it seems most of them simply are) unrestrained (a dick of a person would do it with complete intent to simply hurt others). They do whatever they want because it makes them happy, and most people here are more than willing to go along with it. Everyone here just seems to be able to go at there own flow of playing around with very little consequence and ton of support, ib seems like a pretty fun place to me.
They're not attacking you, they're playing with you. You take everything they say so seriously and become offended so easily. Your attitude and reactions are entertaining for most and annoying for some, and as long as you continue acting like that you'll continue receiving the same response from here. This is a place(section) to relax and have fun.
You have (well a number of, but from me) four options.
1. Continue trying to fight and bring them more entertainment.
2. Run away from this and ignore what has happened.
3. Apologies for misunderstanding what everyone else is here for and apologies for insulting them.
4. Keep your pride, walk away, but reflect on what happened in ib, reflect on yourself, and think without your emotions clouding your judgement on these events.
(As someone who choose 2 many times in the past, i hope you at least try for 4.)
