Why is my internet so slow today?

I have no idea, getting 12 mb per sec when I should be getting 25.
My upload is .34 rather then the promised .5

I'm seriously starting to suspect mine of something... when I run torrent programs that used to run just fine, all my downloads are slowed WAY down.

Traffic or throttling. Also some dl site limit... torrents on my side goes to 15mb with 50k dls.. when i had internet.

Some isps restrict torrent speed...
Also, quit complaining. I deal with 200kb/s as my regular speed... Only just got a modem that puts out 20mb/s, but the download limit is 8gb

No, internet providers limit... It's 8gb a month, cause it's mobile broadband... Really shit deal, but it's all we can get. At least I get 40-60 ping in games, as apposed to my old mobile broadbands 150
