Use some orajel or something to ease the pain for a bit. Go to a dentist and take it out, or be a man like me and take the pain for 2 weeks. I'll probably have to take it out sooner or later...

All 4 of my wisdom teeth came through with no problems. Except they were a bit sore when they came through, as you'd expect.

I had half one of one teeth break off the other day..... twas awkward. I don't want it removed because i would have to stop smoking while it healed..... :P

I never tried weed as a painkiller before. I'll keep that in mind!
I ended up taking some heavy medication. I got spontaneous leg cramps twice today and overall slightly eye focus problems which might have been a side effect of a slight overdose, but overall it doesn't hurt anymore and the swelling went back a bit.
Mine are, from what I can tell, mostly already out as well and haven't caused any major problems until now. I was down in bed with fever the last couple days, and I guess this affected my immune system so badly that, when at the same time my wisdom teeth felt like moving, I got a massive infection that affected the entire left side of my head (deafened ear, massively swollen lymph node on my throat, everything hurting like a bitch as well) on top of it CUTTING MY FUCKING GUMS OPEN and the entire thing of swollen mass radiating nothing but pain through my entire fucking body with every pulse beat.

I already mentioned this on a thread I made but the firt one they took out (lower right one) My muscles swelled up so much that I had to eat nothing but baby food for a while month, wasn't that bad, the baby food was quite yummy, the other two molars that my uncle took out didn't swelled up that much and i only ate baby food for a week.
