Working out changed me .. A LOT!

Whenever I am stressed, I work out .. whenever I am happy, I work out ... whenever I am bored, I fucking work out .. whenever I have the chance, I freaking work out!!!
I somehow got a habit for working out on a regular basis .. feels great .. but I also never had this feeling before .... feels fucking awesome.
Who here in Fakku works out?

I live in the gym.You probably have your gym card laminated.
Don't stop. You'll feel like absolute shit if you do. I can't wait for Summer. Then I can start doing my running again. For now I'm just doing sprints up steep hills and light cardio / weight lifting.

For now my goal is to build up strength overall my body, especially the legs, so my strength can support my endurance for my future goal of burning fat through running. However, I will still work out so I can completely change my outer appearance.
Also I stopped eating chips for almost 3 weeks, glad I did, that shit only made me depressed, now I feel more happy.
We could also save up enough money for camping outside and chill for a week or two, maybe even invite Jacob too, since he looks fit.

If you plan on swimming in a lake you might want to get a wetsuit. Come to think of it, I doubt mine even fits anymore. It's been a few years since I've worn it.

i work out several times a week (i use to train 4 hours every single day, but then i got really ill, had to get several surgeries etc. so now im slowly getting back into my previous state)
oh, and dont stop working out. if you do, not only will you feel like shit, but you might get ill (ive seen it happen to some sporty guys that stopped..)

4 hours a day .. damn .. that's too much .. no wonder you'll feel like shit when you stop .. I workout like an hour.
