I don't have a specific favourite anime but my two favourite genres are TIme Stopping and Mind Control/Hypnosis a current one that came out would be Gakuen de Jikan yo Tomare. It's really good imo, although the beginning gets me a little upset. Where as Mind Control would be something like Saimin Ryoujoku Gakuen.
