I moved to Hawaii a few months ago and I got to try some local favorites today a new friend introduced me to. Figured I'd share it with ya'll :P

Basically pork buns, Hawaiian spring rolls, I forget what the pork dumpling things are called... basically just pork steamed in a type of noodle. Almond cookies and a rice cake that's super sweet.

Yeah... it's super popular here, but I'm not a huge fish eater. I've been more open to it since living here since.. you know, I'm on an island. But I haven't been able to cross over into the raw fish realm yet...

You'll get there (or you won't idk). It is really great with spicy mayo.
