I think I love everyone that has posted here so far. Monster Girls are justice.
Personally though, I would like to maybe expand on the Monster Girl idea by maybe putting them in different outfits and activities.
For example, an ant girl in military attire, a troll maid, a space police woman......Rhino girl? Vampire? Idk.
Id also suggest gender bending some monster men. Like maybe perhaps a cross dressing cyclops, or if you want an actual character reference.....off the top of my head maybe Sephirot from FFXIV. Sephirot, not Sephiroth.
