After I entered all options, this error message page showed and told me the information.

"There was a problem.
This transaction has been declined."

I am using VISA card. Is it because I live in Taiwan which is in Asia or is there another reason?

P.S. I am certain that I opened "Overseas trading" and "Online payment" functions for my card. Is it possible that the card deny FAKKU?

most of asia have a ban on pron and it may block you from getting a sub.

It could be that you need to contact the card provider to allow to buy adult contents and some block it.

I have seen user saying that the bank blocked as it thought it was fraud.

did you resolve your issue? I am currently stuck at the same spot. I'd like to subscribe, have funds on my VISA, quadra-checked my numbers, still get a "Declined" every time i try to pay.

EDIT: Apparently, since all my browsers run incognito mode by default, that was the problem? Weird, but with deactivated one it works.
