ᶘ ಠᴥಠᶅ Heat Problems

Sup. Been afk for like a year, but now I need help.
So I have had my first Desktop for a year now. I got it around June of last year.
When I first bought it, the idle temp was around 40c and it never went over 60c.
About a month or two ago it's started idling @55-60c and hitting upwards of 75-80c while gaming. This is with a sealed water cooling unit. The heat causes extreme lag, and after some time the game becomes unplayable. When I first bought the PC I could play (don't crucify me for this, it's just what I play the most) WoW on all Ultra settings and get 90+ fps. Now I struggle to break 50 fps on the lowest settings and get random spikes where it drops to 1-5 fps.
Same in Shadow of Mordor, Alien: Isolation, LoL, all the games I've been playing do this.
Some basic specs:
Intel i7-3820 (Sandy Bridge-EP) @ 3.60 GHz
8.00 GB Ram
64-bit Windows 8.1 Pro
GeForce GTX 660 Ti
ThermalTake Water 2.0 Pro
Anywho I was wondering what you guys thought about my problem. Currently I've resolved to reaseat my heatsing w/ some AS5 and see if that helps. If not, I'll need someone else's opinion. Any and all help appreciated.

Spoiler:
Unscrew those 4 screws. There should be a pile of dust. Pass the vacuum over the radiator fins as gently as possible. Whatever you do, don't touch the radiator fins with the vacuum tip. If you can get a can of compressed air, would be better.
If there's no pile of dust there, then either you probably have a clog somewhere in the loop or your pump is slowly dying. Many years ago, I had a thermaltake bigwater SE and the liquid that came with it would let algae build up inside no matter how well I cleaned it. Wouldn't be surprised if they never changed the formula. I switched to distilled water + anti-freeze and never had any problems on it again all the way till changed cpu sockets.

-snip-Yeah, I cleaned it out as soon as the problem started. It was a good solid layer of dust.
I've read that dismounting the pump while it's powered up and turning it around can dislodge air bubbles in the tubing, but I'm new to all of this and don't know if that's really a good idea.
