I am currently using Adobe Photoshop CS6 and also using a Wacom intous Tablet. I wanted to ask people here who are using it, what brushes and it's settings do you use to make the perfect lines of drawing anime/manga figures and characters? Also what pens/brushes are best to use for it?

[color=#993300]Honestly, Manga Studio is where you want to go (or Paint tool Sai) to actually DRAW the thing. Photoshop is more of a touch up and coloring tool for me. You'll find more help in the Art section for this. I usually use a basic round dot tool that, at most, sizes at 15 px.
For really easy and good looking lines, use Lazy Nezumi, great for beginners.
