Be honest, Do you lie?

Everybody lies, I did it alot when I was younger. Now I lie when I like need to prevent someone does not find something, and such

I'm at a point in my life that I don't lie because I don't really care and if I do it's to keep a secret of some bodies and even then I will probably blurt it out but nobody notices.

Of course I don't.



No but seriously, I'm at the point in my life where I'm brutally honest with anyone and everyone, even when I don't wanna be. Doesn't stop me from being a filthy liar though.

In real life, I'm an EXTREMELY honest person to the point of aggravating or offending those around me. I simply find that honesty is always the best policy no matter what.

Online, this isn't always true.

I used to lie alot when i was growing up because all my parents taught me was to lie but after leaving the house and living on my own ive been trying to speak the truth even if it's bad even if the truth hurts its sometimes the one thing some people need to hear or they wont understand what there doing wrong, if someone asks for the truth and doesnt like what they hear then hopefully they will understand and change but some people just dont get it through there head cause so many people want to live lie's cause its so much easier at time but if you tell nothing but the truth you may not be the best person but its easier to live knowing you dont have to remember lies to cover up other lies, Thats what i think at least.

Sure I do, it's human nature to lie sometimes. However, I try to restrain myself from lying for no good reason.

I've told lots of lies these past 3 years, but they weren't serious lies like "Me robbing the bank and saying I didn't do it." Just the casual, lol lies with friends.

I only lied whenever it was a life threatening decision. But the only time I lied alot was during the age 7-13. I grew out of lying since I find it childish to lie about your mistakes or reputation.

you asked how many lies I said in three years, so if I add it all up of course it's a lot. (so first option for me)

but I try to be honest just for the sake of being honest.
it pays to be truthful.
many times have I submitted back my paper because the person who checked it have considered my answer correct but then I realize it was wrong. so I give notice to the teacher that he/should deduct the extra points (all of those teachers were so surprised and some of them are so happy that they'd even retain the grade I am "supposed" to get)

I don't lie often...but I do. I'm very good at it as well. I'm able to come up with believable things on the spot and go with them on the fly as if they are the most truthful thing ever.

However, I do not do it that much. I wouldn't steal anything or something of that nature and lie about it.

Certainly have lied some, though do try to force myself to cut back on it. Rather surprising though how easy it is to completely ignore actually stating the truth about things.

I'm more for omitting certain facts when telling the truth. Bending the truth a little, and being vague as possible when I know it it going to upset the misses, who is carrying my unborn first son/daughter(we'll know what sex it is here in a few weeks when she's due). So in a way you can say I lie a shit ton, but I like to think of it as bending the truth to suit my needs.

Not much, only when truly necessary. Other times I just get away with vagueness and evasion.
I honestly do not like to lie, but sometimes it's the best course of action.

One question, does sarcasm count? If it doesn't, I haven't told a lie in almost two years then. Wait my bad, I lied to the annoying girl behind me about me having a pencil even though I had six during finals.
