depends. like if just to have then definitely a size that suits your body (can be any size). if doing a lot of sport definitely A or AA. if cosplaying then B or C something which can be a girl but also be binded if crossplaying.

For me, I think A-C would be conservative. Just enough to cup them titties with my hands

It definitely depends on the girl and her overall body structure. Some flat-chested girls are absolutely adorable and some girls look good with bigger breasts.

If I had to pick a specific size I'd go with either a high-B or low-C. I'll admit that I'm not crazy about huge breasts, but I'm perfectly fine with A's. I think of myself as more of an ass man overall, but I even prefer more "medium" sizes when it comes to that.

You're an adult, not a Loli unless 15 and under (which means you definitely shouldn't be here). Also midgets aren't really my thing, adults with short height tend to have messed up body proportions, it's unavoidable if they develop any adult features, unfortunately.
